ACRO YOGA PLAYSHOP in CHICAGO!

Welcome yourself into a movement practice that inspires transformation, empowerment, play and community. 

In this two hour acro yoga playshop experience, we will explore the synergy between the lineages of yoga and acrobatics. This playshop is perfect for beginners and established acro yoga practitioners looking to move with smooth articulation and precision.  You will gain knowledge of how to base, fly and spot foundational acro yoga postures, along with drills and calibrations to fine tune and strengthen your practice.  For established practitioners, we will explore creative entries, exits, movements and transitions within postures.
