SPRING IS IN THE AIR!   Let's get outside & play!

Join us for an acro yoga playshop in a stunning greenhouse among farmers fields and gorgeous landscapes in Markham, Ontario!  Peep the pic at the bottom of this page to get a feel for where we will be practicing!   

This two hour experience will invite you to explore the synergy between the lineages of yoga and acrobatics while welcoming in the magic and warmth of spring!

This playshop is perfect for beginners and established acro yoga practitioners looking to move with smooth articulation and precision.  You will gain knowledge of how to base, fly and spot foundational acro yoga postures, along with drills and calibrations to fine tune and strengthen your practice.  For established practitioners, we will explore creative entries, exits, movements and transitions within postures. 

No partner required, however we recommend finding a friend or family member to join you in this journey!  The practice blossoms best with a consistent partner.

Spaces are  extremely limited and available on a first come first serve basis.

PLAYSHOP REQUIREMENTS:  An established yoga practice or fitness regime of at least three months on a regular basis.  Please wear athletic apparel you can move in.  No loose or baggy clothing.
