ACRO YOGA FOUNDATIONS: Root to Rise!

We will explore the uplifting and trust cultivating practice of acro yoga! Take your practice from earth to air! Together we will learn about the synergy between the ancient practice of yoga in harmony with acrobatics. You will discover and refine the skills of how to base, fly and spot foundational acro yoga postures. We will teach you how to move in fine tuned synchronicity with a partner, exploring fun ways to release and strengthen your body. The foundation of our acro yoga practice is key to smooth and well calibrated movements as the journey unfolds. All levels welcome. No partner required.

PARTNER YOGA + ACRO YOGA COUNTER BALANCES + ACRO TRIBE: Move in Harmony!

Move in delicate harmony while rooted into the earth with another individual. We will deepen yoga postures allowing you to heighten your awareness in the distribution of energy and strength moving through your body in connection with another. We will also explore acro yoga counter balances and discover the subtleties of movement and balance between two bodies moving together. We will also explore movement and connection as an entire group; we will move as a tribe! All levels welcome. No partner required.
